Design:  TERMS OF SERVICES

In order to meet agreed timeline, client agrees to provide any and all content and requirements for their project within seven days of paying their invoice from NuBiz Solution unless NuBiz Solutions is creating or providing the content for the client, or, other arrangements have been made.

In the event that you the client wants to cancel your project, the cancellation policy is as follows:

 

  • NuBiz Solution has the rights to terminate or cancel any project if our staff is miss treated verbally or written. If the project is terminated or cancelled by NuBiz Solution within seven days a partial refund will be given to the client within 30 days. Partial refund is less 25% of total payment/s.

  • All cancellation requests must be in writing and within seven days of project start date.

  • If canceled within seven days of the project start date (date invoice was paid or agreed start date), client will receive a partial refund minus a 25% nonrefundable fee.

  • NuBiz will offer the option of a partial refund less 25% fee, or a payment credit that can be used at a later date.

  • Adding of additional work during the course that was not discussed prior to may require additional cost and may extended the project deadlines.

  • Delaying/not providing vital information on time may push back the deadline for the completion of a project

  • Your input/feedback is important, occasionally we will reach out asking for your feedback and/or your desired choice. Delayed responses can cause delays with your project.

  • After a job is completed and handed over any additional job may require additional cost (ask about our monthly maintenance plans)

Maintenance Plans: TERMS OF SERVICES

  • Support hours must be used in the same month (No roll over or grouping months allowed)

  • If you cancel after the first or second month, then come back to us, we will charge you in three months increments

  • Your website maintenance plan can be used for things like: Product updates, blog updates, add new images, minor section changes, etc... If it can be done in one hour or less we will do it.

  • One hour usually covers 2-3 minor requests per month.

  • Please allow up to 72 hours for changes or updates.

  • Weekends are not included but we will make acceptions on a case-by case basis.

  • If it's an urgent request please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your timeframe.

  • If your hour is used up for the month and you need additional support we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis.
